# Anti-Sybil Measures

DustSwap applies several checks to keep the referral and rewards system fair.

## Self-referral blocked

You cannot apply your own referral code to your own account.

## Multi-account abuse

Each wallet is treated as a separate account with its own Particle Points balance. Using multiple wallets to refer yourself, farm signup bonuses, or otherwise game referral/quest rewards is against the rules and can lead to **removal of wrongly earned PP** from all involved accounts.

## Idempotent bonuses

Signup bonuses and commission payouts are applied **exactly once** per qualifying event — duplicate submissions or retries can't create duplicate rewards.

## Server-side verification

All on-chain actions that feed PP, referral commission, or quest progress are independently verified against real Base transactions server-side — they cannot be faked by submitting arbitrary data.
